1. PRODUCTS
1.1 Where any products sold by us come with a manufacturer’s guarantee we will try to pass on to you the benefit of such guarantee. Any such guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to any products that are faulty or not as described.
1.2 If you are unhappy with any products you buy from us for any reason or you change your mind, you may return them to us at your own cost within 14 calendar days of purchase and we will refund you the price you paid for such products. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights in relation to any products that are faulty or not as described.
2. TREATMENTS
2.1 We will perform all treatments with reasonable skill and care and will make every effort to perform the treatments on time. However, there may be delays due to an event beyond our reasonable control and we will not have any liability in such an event other than to offer an alternative treatment time.
2.2 Prior to undergoing any treatment, you will be required to complete a Health Consultation Form. The purpose of completing the form is to enable us to identify any allergies or medical conditions that you may have and to determine what treatments may or may not be suitable for you. If at any time the information provided becomes inaccurate you must inform us as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event before you have any treatments.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse to carry out or complete a treatment if it becomes apparent prior to or during a treatment that you have any medical condition or allergy or similar condition that may put you at risk if you were to undergo the treatment. We will not be liable to you for any loss in connection with any such cancellation.
2.4 In the unlikely event that there is any problem with any treatments we have provided please contact us and tell us as soon as reasonably possible.
2.5 Gift vouchers for package treatments will convert to the equivalent monetary value (at time of purchase) upon expiry, such voucher will not be honoured.
3. NON-ATTENDANCE AND CANCELLATION
TREATMENTS/PACKAGES
3.1 If you do not attend a booked treatment/package without letting us know if advance, your booking/voucher will be lost.
3.2 You have the following rights to cancel a booking for treatments/package, including where you choose to cancel because we are affected by an event beyond our reasonable control:
Subject to the cancellation charges set out below, you may cancel any booking for treatments/package 48 hours prior to the booking.
If you cancel a booking and you have made any payment in advance for treatments/package that have not been provided to you, we will refund the relevant amounts.
3.3 If you cancel a booking for a treatmen/package, you will be responsible for the following cancellation fee:
Where the cancellation is more than 48 hours before the booked time for the treatment, there will be no cancellation fee.
Where the cancellation is 48 hours or less before the booked time for the treatment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment/package.
GROUPS
3.4 For group bookings of six or more people, cancellation charges set below apply –
Where the cancellation is one whole week prior to the group spa day, a full refund will be given.
Where the cancellation is within a whole week period but 72 hours prior to the booking, a 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the booking, full payment will be lost.
CANCELLATIONS FROM NU SPA
1. If we have to cancel a booking due to an event beyond our reasonable control or the unavailability of key personnel or key materials without which we cannot provide the treatments, we will promptly contact you as soon as become aware and rebook your treatment/package for another date.
4. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
4.1 As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to treatments not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if any products we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect these legal rights.
4.2 We only supply products and/or treatments for private use. You agree not to use the products and/or treatments for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
4.3 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors.
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and by section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
breach of the terms implied by sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and samples); or
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
4.4 We will not have any liability to you if loss, injury or damage occurs as a result of a failure to provide information or as a result of the supply of inaccurate or incomplete information on a Health Consultation Form or otherwise.

Where you have given us any personal information, we only use such personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.
